Core Sculptor represents the latest in cutting-edge resistance-workout technology. Reshape your body- get slim from within. The powerful Core Sculptor system really is a home fitness breakthrough.
Core Sculptor is the home fitness breakthrough that sculpts your body from the inside out. Core training is not just for athletes anymore. It's now the hottest workout in fitness clubs all across the country. Core training is the key to a beautiful, buff body from head to toe. It's how Hollywood stars get lean, toned, and red carpet ready, because it strengthens the muscles deep within your centre, which then act like a corset to pull everything in tight.

As with the Bun & Thigh Roller, the Core Sculptor System offers some unique benefits over old-fashioned gym equipment. In fact, it also replaces many of the functions of a fully equipped gym. Beyond that though, the Core Sculptor is more compact, concise, easier to use, and designed for intense body sculpting action.
Core Sculptor from Sylmark is designed to work on all the core muscles - including upper and lower abs, obliques, upper and lower back muscles, and the gluteus maximus (glutes). It will effectively sculpt your upper body with the optional Curl Bar, which enhances the resistance action.
The Core Sculptor from Sylmark is engineered for great body sculpting in just 4 minutes per day using the Core 4 exercises! For intermediate and advanced core work, you can increase resistance and repetitions and add additional exercises. An intermediate workout would be 6-8 minutes, and an advanced core workout would be 15 minutes. The cardio/full body workout is 30 minutes and can be done 2-3 times per week.

Recently there was a hoot about 'bottled Irish Air' being sold to Americans. Apparently one Irish-Man found a niche in the US Market for exploiting their sentiments and trigger-happy consumerism and believe it or not, a 'friend' actually sold an empty Ballygowan bottle on e-bay as 'genuine bottled Irish air' with a yarn about the Wicklow Mountains and got $7 for it! However unbelievable it seems, we are well known for having some of the greenest landscape, purist rivers and crystal clear air - and some of the most enterprising minds. Regardless, $7 is a lot for a single puff 'genuine bottled Irish air'.
Now, there's nothing Irish about the Ionic Pro Air Purifier, but when I came across it I was intrigued by the possibility that ex-pats could fill up their rooms and treat their lungs to what lungs like best - pure, cool air.
